ZHI has a comprehensive collaboration, learning and adapting (CLA) plan that ensures implementation of coordinated evidence-based interventions in collaboration with key stakeholders. Learning is achieved through implementation of operational research, rapid assessment, and deep-dive analysis. Learning platforms include situation room meetings and MOHCC monthly/quarterly program review meetings. ZHI periodically undertakes process and outcome evaluations to assess effectiveness, cost- effectiveness, and impact of its interventions. ZHI has fostered internal collaboration for timely analysis, use, and dissemination of results for continuous QI. The organization develops and disseminates technical briefs, reports, and success stories to key partners and stakeholders; write blogs for relevant websites; post learning summaries on social media; and make presentations at technical working group (TWG) meetings and other forums.
