In line with the 3rd 95 ZHI ensures availability and accessibility for viral load testing for people living with HIV according to the national guidelines. People living with HIV identified to have high viral load are managed using the national high viral load guidelines. ZHI is implementing novel viremia clinics at all facilities supported by the project, targeting clients with high viral load to ensure timely management of clients. ZHI also coordinates with laboratory partners in Zimbabwe for efficient and effective transportation of samples and results. ZHI is also implementing bulk SMSs to ensure that clients know when to come for viral load results collection.
