Accelerated and Comprehensive HIV Care for Epidemic Control (ACCE) project Overview

Zimbabwe Health Interventions (ZHI) with our consortium partners FHI360 and Africaid Zvandiri is implementing a 5-year HIV Care and Treatment program under the Accelerated and Comprehensive HIV Care and Treatment for Epidemic Control in Zimbabwe (ACCE) project (1 October 2021 ending 30 September 2026). The project’s main goal is to support the national HIV Prevention, care and treatment project towards the attainment and sustainability of HIV epidemic control in Zimbabwe. The program provides technical assistance to the management, coordination and provision of comprehensive HIV prevention, clinical care and treatment services within the national HIV program. It also aims to advance and strengthen strategic information and evaluation for data-driven and evidence- based implementation. The technical assistance spans across all MOHCC and PERFAR HIV priority technical areas. This project is being implemented in nine districts across two provinces namely Manicaland and Midlands.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES
