ZHI has experience in human resources management, ZHI was able to recruit and fill the positions that were required for the two big PEPFAR funded projects. ZHI was able to advertise and recruit talent that is achieving organizational goals. The organization currently has over four hundred staff members across the two projects. ZHI provides human resources oversight to its resource partners. ZHI human resources team has expertise in team building, staff satisfaction surveys, capacity building, performance management, staff retention strategies, and staff wellness initiatives. ZHI is available to transfer these skills to local community-based organizations and religious organizations.
